Error in settling the cost for production order

Hello,

I did a production order and confirmed it and received the materials from it. When I am going to settle costs of production order in transaction code KO88, an error occurs and it says : final delivery not entered for the order. It is not technically completed. However, I did change the order and make it ( complete technically), I still have the error. Please can you help me with this problem.

Do you have any external operation relevant to the production order - Kindly check?

and also please check in COGI Error for specific production order.

is the product already full good receipt? check if "Delivery completed" already flagged.

I did that and I still have the same error.
