Error copy from delivery to A/R invoice update based document

Hello,

we want to create A/R invoice from service Deliveries created by DTW. When we try to save the Invoice it shows this error message:

This document cannot be added, because the base document row was updated. Copy the document again from its base document. [Message 439-199].

If we create directly the delivery with the client it works fine.

When we compare the delivery documents in the data base they look similar.

We are using Sap Business One Hana v 10 FP 2208

If this happened only once, I would say someone updated the document while you were entering AR invoice. If it happens continuously on the same document, maybe some bug is in question. Try updating Delivery document by changing any field available, and then copy to AR Invoice. If it doesn't help, you will probably need to report to SAP.
