Has anyone implemented the standard solution from SAP for the e-IWO process ? I have tried to look up for blogs but could not find any.
We have activated the respective business functions in our Test environment to see how this works. We also have contacted FOCSE and have a profile for our company set up in their database.
The Federal Office of Child support Enforcement(FOCSE) has sent us some PGP encrypted test files to test in our DEV environment. We were able to decrypt them through PGP public key but the standard functionality is not recognizing these files. This is because the file names of the pdf's don't match the ones in the XML file. We opened an SAP message and were advised to use the delivered BAdi. We are looking into it but I am not sure we will be able to read it successfully even after using the BAdi because the test files from FOCSE uses SSN format that is not really valid. for ex: they have the 4th and 5th positions of SSN filled with zeros and SAP doesn't accept it.
FOCSE says they never had any complaints with clients running their payroll on SAP software and they send the same test files to all the companies.
I wish there is a blog or something that guides SAP customers through the implementation. Has anyone able to successfully use this functionality ? If so, how were did you test the files ?
