Dear  All,                                                                                                                                                                   I have couple of doubts regarding DIMP_ Discrete Industries Mill Processing,                                                                                                                                                                                                                               1 Why Header Materials of individual orders are looking like by products(i.e. with - sign)                                     2 While confirmation, instead of doing GI and GR separately  can we do it in one step process.                         3 Combined Order will be open after confirmations of individual orders, is there any particular process to close it/anyway to conclude the same.

Hi,

please refer the below

1 Why Header Materials of individual orders are looking like by products(i.e. with - sign) ?

This is because those are to be received to the inventory as CO-Products and in the combine order component view CO-Product indicator is set.

2 While confirmation, instead of doing GI and GR separately can we do it in one step process.?

With Backflush enabled for order issuing components, confirmation for the combined order can be done with goods issues.

However, for GR, it has to be done separately for each child order.

3 Combined Order will be open after confirmations of individual orders, is there any particular process to close it/anyway to conclude the same.

Combine order should be technically completed (TECO status) before the month end settlement.
