Deleting of composition data after successful data upload from Intelligence authoring system

We are sending material composition data into CG02 specification level from Intelligence authoring system which is externel system. After successful job runs, data has been adding and but after one day again composition data has been deleting from specification level. we have uploaded three times and try to check that again after some time composition data has been deleting from specification which is causing  error like no composition present  while creating Purchase orders. Please help me in this

Dear all

your process is 100% customer specific. We can not judge what is happening. Please check the external system. There must be a process in place which determines what something has changed in the external system. Can you check: what is the user id for the data record in EHS? is this an SAP user linked to the process as starting in the external system
