We are using SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and needs to know what replaced tramsaction ME54N, We needs to know this app in SAP Hana Coud for our BPO be able to approve PR's on behalf of users who are unable to approve or did not set up substitutes. We have been using this transaction ME54N duiring time when we were still on SAP ECC.

Please note that the Cloud Mindset is one of the most important guiding principles while implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

That said, the standard functionality of SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the Flexible Workflow, and the app that allows you to approve documents is My Inbox. This app allows you to forward tasks to other users for processing, and to create substitution rules to manage your tasks in your absence.
