Dead log situation after actiavtion of new FI-AA while inconsistent Asset data exist

How can we resolve the folloing situation?

We have activated FI-AA (new) in a client in a sandbox system. However, the check result for the activation is still negative. Errors are shown for several company codes, saying that asset values have not been completed posted before (i.e. periodic postings). As a consequence, it is still not possible to post in the client. At the same time it is not possible anymore to deactivate new FI-AA again an perform the missing postings.

Is is it somehow possible to deactivate new FI-AA again, resolve the issues and reactivate it again afterwards?

Hi Uwe,

Once you activate a Business Function in SFW5 such as FI-AA (new), there is no way to come back to ancient settings. But dont worry, its part of the process. In this point, your best tool to work are the issues in each company. If you can provide images for the issues, we can help you to solve it.

Any activation of a new Business Function came with new Configuration tables and maybe the errors are coming form missing customizing steps.
