Cycle Run Group assignment in multiple company codes

Hi experts,

I have a question regarding the assignment of a cylce run group. When you create an actual assessment cycle with KSU1, you can assign a cycle run groupt via Goto -> Cycle run group.

The problem i have is with a specific cycle run group (4100). Multiple actual cycle runs are assigned to this cycle run group.
Here comes the tricky part. For some reason the cycle run group 4100 appears in multiple entities. If i go to the cycle run overview and check the cycle runs, i can see a stop sign at each company code, in which that cycle run group appears. Here is what i mean (i have hidden the company code names)

Normally, if only one actual cycle run is wrongly assigned, i would just change it with KSU2 and assign the correct cycle run group. But here its always the same "batch" of cycle runs in the cycle run group 4100.

Also, if i check any cycle run, in any company code, it has the correct cycle run group assigned.

Is there a ways to delete or change the wrong assignment of cycle run group and company code?

Here is also the result in Table T811PC where you can also see the wrongly assigned cycle run group 4100 to multiple company codes.
