Customer imputed reconsideration of b6 and mts strategy

Hello.

I have a question about creating a plan order according to the strategy.

We set the B6 strategy for finished product(FERT) at level 0, set the MTS(10) strategy at level 1 (HALB), and set the external procurement at level 2 without raw material strategy.

At this time, when MRP is executed, semi-finished products(HALB) have planned orders due to customer-attributed inventory, and raw materials also have purchase orders due to customer-attributed inventory. I wonder if using MTS(10) strategies for semi-finished products will create a plan order for raw materials d without customer attribution inventory.
Please explain the wrong setting or how to use it.

Attached is the inventory list for the raw materials below.

You should use the filed of “Individual/Coll. Req.” in MRP4 to control that.

For this case:

For Level 0: set f “Individual/Coll. Req.” = Blank, which control by the Strategy.

For Level 1: If you want the Semi finished material due to customer-attributed inventory, you should set “Individual/Coll. Req.” = 1 or Blank for the Semi finished material in MRP4. “Blank” means use the same setting with above level.

If you want the Semi finished material Not due to customer-attributed inventory, you should set “Individual/Coll. Req.” = 2 for the Semi finished material in MRP4., so for this level you can get the common inventory.

For level 2: If you want Raw material Not due to customer-attributed inventory, you should set “Individual/Coll. Req.” = 2 for the raw material in MRP4.
