I need to select all materials created based on System Date - 5 including at system date i.e. ( Sy-DATUM - 5 ) + 1.
How do i provide this condition in custom CDS view of cloud.

Using Parameters displays popup , but we dont want such popups.
Can you show where is pop up? You can create field and fill value using logic and then in filter use this field
