Crystal Reports Error on SAP Business One - Could not load file or assembly

In a new installation of SAP Business One 10, FP2108 SQLSERVER Standard 19, which we are using for upgrade, we created a new company from the login wizard.

When running reports that use Crystal Reports, we have this error:

"Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, Version=13.0.3500.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

We have installed from the SAP 10 installer, FP2108 the components:

SAP BusinessObjects 32 bit 4.2 SP8 .NET SDK (Version 14.2.8.3426)

SAP BusinessObjects 64 bit 4.2 SP8 .NET SDK (Version 14.2.8.3426)

BOERuntime for Business One (32 Bit)

BOERuntime for Business One (32 Bit)

Could anyone tell us what else we should install or modify to solve this problem?

We performed one more test, forcing the installation of the Crystal Runtime from the SAP client installer folder (Packages.x64ClientCRRuntime) and this fixed the error.

You need the SAP Crystal Reports, version for Visual Studio SDK. In the past, the BOBJ SDK included the functionality to run reports outside of BOBJ, but that is no longer the case. So, if you're not using BOBJ, you don't need to have that .NET SDK installed.
