Crystal Reports 2020 installation for SAP Business One 10.0 FP2308

Hi Expert,

I installed the Crystal Reports 2020 SP02 but somehow I can't open it. I got he following error:

crw64.exe - Entry Point Not Found.

I found some information about this issue here:

The SBO not even mentioned as a supported software for this version of the Crystal Reports.

Any working to resolve this issue, or any info about the compatibility?

Can you check whether it is the supported version?

According to SAP Note 2329487:

Use SAP Business One 10.0 SP2308

• SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (version:13.0.34.4636)
• SAP Crystal Reports for SAP Business One (version 14.3.3.4562)
  • Only CR 2020 SP3 P3 for SAP Business One is supported. See SAP Note 3100066.

Hi Ankit Chauhan,

I installed the supported verison, now it's working, but I have another question. To connect the Crystal reports to SQL database, which connection should I choose? In the previous version I used OLE DB ADO as database source and SQL Server Native Client 11.0, but I guess it won't work, since no Native Client installed and need for the connection.
