I received an email stating that my invoice dispute had a Current Stage: Triage and I was to monitor the issue within the Correspondence Mail Log located on the Walgreens VAIS SupplierNet. However, when I log into my account I do not see where there is a log. I have also not seen a good manual on navigating my payment issues. Where can I find more informaiton?
