Copy control Routines - 051 and 101 difference for Sales document to document

can anyone explain the difference between 101 and 051 and what fields are extra in 101?

051 - General header data - like address of the Sp,Sh details etc. (general data of the customer)

101- Header business Data - The Payment terms, Incoterms etc. (which are important while doing a business with a customer)

To check copy control routines in your system you can use T-CODE VOFM.
