Looking at the conditional workflow for SAP B1 it looks like the script is written in JavaScript which would lead to it interacting with the Service Layer.
Is this available for the version for SQL Server or just Hana? I notice that in B1 Studio I can create conditional workflows regardless but I'm not sure if it is supported in the SQL Server version.
