Cockpit does not work common functions

Hello, I have a problem where when using the 'common function' of the cockpit, where I drag a SAP field onto this screen and decide to exit for some reason, the dragged field disappears.

Can you tell me what it could be?

Oi Luciano tudo bem? Sim consegui sim. Neste caso em específico era porque estava sem a autorização para esta tela:

depois que deu a autorização total necessária para o usuário conseguiu ajustar o cockipt

I verified that in the note only SAP says to go to the Administration → System Initialization → General Settings → Cockpit tab, the Fiori-style Cockpit is enabled.

It turns out that this option is already checked, and yet the problem persists, do you know of another alternative solution?
