CO doucment - Missing line item

Hello all,

I have posted a CO document in KB21N.

Then I went to check the document in KSB5, but it has missing lines every 3 line item as follow :

1 CC - A

2 CC - B

4 CC A

5 CC - C

7 CC - A

8 CC - D

...

Do you have any idea why ?

For information, the document is good, but this issue reduce my possibilities to mass upload in KB21N (limited to 997 line items).

Hello Jonh,

Did you check what the document looks like in ACDOCA if you are in S/4HANA?

If you are in ECC, check the document in table COEP.

Is it ok in the table or still missing lines?

Is there a common object in those missing lines in every 3rd line item: e.g same Cost Center, or Activity type?

Hello Jonh,

Check if there is a valid Activity Type price for the Cost Center for every combination of the missing lines via code KP26.

1. The Validity period of the AT/ CC in KP26 might not coincide with the Posting date used in KB21N, or

2. The plan At price is too small and hence, there is no actual value ( zero) for the quantity posted.
