Clearing stock from 921 TRANSFER

Dear All,

We have quite many materials with stock in 921 storage type (TRANSFER storage bin), some with positive stock and some with negative stock (against different materials).

I have checked the previous discussions but there is no clear solution.

Enclosing LS24 screen for one material.

Also checked LU04 for this material, but there are no records. LX23 also did not yield any result.

If you don't have open transfer requirements then just create manual TO's with LT01 and movement 999 to get it out of 921 storage type.

Find the movement in MB51 which was used to receive this stock. In the detail of this movement you should see the TR number.

Check then the TR in LB03 and see if it was cancelled or find the TO number with Shift+F5

Then check what happened with this TO .

Did you check LT24 - transfer orders for material or LB10 transfer requirements?

If nothing found you could do some manual LT01 to move the positive stock to the negative bin and then it should be cleared.

Checked both LB10 and LT24 and there are no open items.

This seems like a normal situation, it means you have material to putaway, or material to remove from the warehouse. Why do you think this is abnormal?

Each quant should have information about the related documents.
