Classification Syntax Dependency - how to sum up "number values"?

Hi there,

I got 17 values which got automatically filled via syntax with either value 1,2,3 or BLANK

Now in a separate characteric I would like to get the sum of those 17 auto filled values.

So e.g. within one class - SUM of EL1-3 should be calculated within ELSUM

So far no syntax I tried worked.
