Centralized company which has its own plant and different company codes (under having multiple plants).

As per the requirement, Demand creation and MRP run will be done from centralized company for all the plants (under all the company codes)

Demand Quantity allocation to the individual plant (under all the company codes) should be based on the Production resource tool and machine capacity

For instance, Centralized company planning for 10000 qty for the month of November, the system should allocate the demand quantity to the individual plant (under all company codes) based on the production resource tool and machine capacity.

Below queries to be addressed

1.Please provide the solution for creating centralized Planned independent requirement and Centralized MRP run for all plants (under all the company codes).

2.Need system to check PRT and machine capacity availability while creating planned quantity (PIR)

3. Option for system allocation planned quanity to all plants.

Please provide the best possible solution to carry out the above requirement.

There is no standard solution for this scenario within MRP. You might have to consider IBP as a planning solution.
