Capacity Leveling changed after relationship between Operations in Work Order.

Hi all,

I have this error.

I created a work order with 3 different operations. After the scheduling the header dates were the ones in the picture.

And the CM33 looked like the following picture.

So I can say all was fine.

Then I added a FS relationship in the third Operation related to the first one (without offset).

The same I did with the second Operation.

When I executed again the CM33 the Operation ganttchart was not the same but shifted next to the latest dates (as in backward, looa the next picture below) instead of earliest dates, as at the beginning.

Only if I execute the dispatching, the Operations come back to the original earliest dates as at the beginning, because the profile is set in forward and earliest dates.

Can you help me to let start the original dates of the Operations in the pool (SECTION :"Orders not yet dispatched") from the earliest dates as they were before the relationships in the workorder? this seems coherent with the forward scheduling set at header level in the WO.

The cause was the relationship in the work order.

Thanks in advance.

BR

Michele

Hi Michele!

Thanks for the information.

I find these options offered by SAP very interesting. I have used a plug-in offered by prometheus to handle these types of gantt charts. If you had information on the transactions to handle a little better it is subject, for example: CM01, CM05, CM25, CM33, etc.

Best regards!
