Cant delete Objects in Organization Management

Hi there,

i have an issue regarding our Organization Management in our development System. Due to testing reasons, our org-Management ended up very messy... There are several objects and correlations that are pretty old and i want to clear things up. But I am not able to delete some of these objects... I have tried  the delete button in PO10, PPOME, reports RHRHDL00 and RHRHDC00 without success... The Systems reports the error message 5A054 - "Personel number xxx not existent". That Personel number is in fact not existend because ist was eventually deleted (we are talking about a development System).

How can I delete those Objects? How can I clear up our Organization Management?

Hi Sven,

To delete the objects from OM you first need to delete the relationships. To delete the relationships you can go to transaction PP01 and select relationships  Infotype then press delete. Once all relationships are deleted you can then go to object infyotype and delete object.

Before deleting anything pls make sure you don't need this.

Hi Vidushi,

thank you for your reply. The strange thing is, that the specific Orgunit had no relationship at all... I managed to figure out that the Personel number reported in that error message actually exist. But only a few infotypes. How this happend to be... i dont know... I deleted that personel number and then i was able to delete that orgunit.
