Can not connect b1 license manager control center

Environment

MSSQL 2017 local server
SBO 10.0 PL02

symptom
Choose company list show the demo db
and can log on sbo client well

But can not connect service manager -> Configure Security -> SLD Control center or localhost:30010/ControlCenter

404 error occur(web server 404)

localhost:30000/ControlCenter (browser 404)

Instead of localhost use the IP or servername.

If still has issues, do confirm which port is configured for SLD, and if you are no familiar on this, a quick fix will be reinstalling the SLD & License manager, take backup of SLD db before reinstallation.

My Service Manager is this
I Try
1. reinstall server tools
2. input server name instead of localhost

Change the localhost to ip, click on set and connect, and see if an message appears that the port has been updated.
