Hi, Could you please tell me when the invoice contents finalize for the invoice?

Sometimes, Customer Invoice does not have the correct work description(Image

1) in Service Confirmation(image 2) . Even Service Confirmation have the exact contents. After release Service Confirmation "with order completion", are we able to modify the contents of work description and the modified contents will reflect customer invoice?

Hi Masako Saito,

Once the Service Confirmation is released , work description and internal note field will be grayed out in service confirmation screen, but still at the invoice request screen with the status "To be Invoiced" & "Not Released" you can edit / modify the contents and get it reflected in customer invoice, but the contents modified at customer invoice request will not travel back and get updated in the respective service order / service confirmation.
