Business Partner field not available in CA_BUPA archiving Object

we are trying to archive/delete the BP record through PERSON_NAME transaction CA_BUPA object. But, the Business Partner field is missing, due to which we are unable to enter the BP ID which needs to be deleted.

With using the report BUPSELG5 and BUPSELG0, the selection screen will be regenerated which solves the reported situation
