Dear Experts,
our SAP is using cost center, and some of the users are using SAP WEB.
Problem: this happen intermittently, sometime when user try to add document via SAP WEB, system prompt error: Cost center ... is missing.
When we go check further, the field of the cost center when missing from the screen, cannot be find in form setting, and the related field also cannot be fine in the query generator, causing the error cost center ... missing.
When we go check via SAP Client application, no issue found, which we can add the same document with the error successfully. Only when using SAP WEB.
We have to try and error logout / re login the SAP WEB until the cost center field appear again.
Already happen few times, however no pattern/root cause of the issue found.
Anyone having similar issue?
