Hello friends,
When selecting a customer role for any business partner through the BP transaction, the system displays an alert pop-up with the following message:
"SAP ICM extension inactive (CACSBAS799)
Show this message again for this
business partner?
Yes or no"
When selecting "No", the system continues to display the message every time the customer role a business partner is opened through the BP transaction, and in all customer environments.
The ICM extension was activated in the past but is currently deactivated due to the lack of need for use, is there a session where we determined that the system does not even display an alert message?
I tried enabling and disabling the EA-ICM extension through Business Functions, and the error alert still persists, how to turn it off completely?
If anyone can help me, I'll be grateful!
