BoM Mass Maintenance Functionality Public Cloud

Hello Expert,

We received requirement from client need to maintain the 100+ BOMs in Mass change. already raised the feature request with SAP for this they suggested to use 6OT scope item they mentioned only requires 64F (standard BOM) After activating 6OT mass maintenance can be used in general. we have query like if we activate the 64F scope id can we able to use the 6OT mass maintenance of BOMs or we need to activate the 6OT scope item separately for the Mass changes in BOMs. could you please provide your expertise how we can go for activation and how we can successfully able to use that functionality in our system.
