BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE vl150 message

Hello experts,

I am currently checking error vl150 for BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE for batch split in CBO program.

In program it enters batch split item, charg, and qty for batch A, quantity 2 in BAPI table.

vl150 message is same as when i enter this batch directly In standard screen like below,

it seems like bapi is same as manually entering batch directly in to the batch without batch determination. (just act as change delivery)

There is enough quantity for B batch as shown in batch determination, instead it shows batch of B for quantity 2 instead of A in batch split screen due to sorting rule. If i manually change quantity to Batch from B to A , there is no error and A Batch is determined in delivery.

Could there be any way to determine batch automatically like image above in the bapi ? (instead of delivery change bapi)
