BAPI BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN is not updating change document log ( cdhdr and cdpos )

I'm trying to update a service order using the Bapi BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN but the change document log was not updated.

The service order data was updated but the Change document Log was not created.

Reproducing the steps manually by IW32, the change document log was created successfully.

Can you check Customizing for change dopcuments (transaction OIOE)

Already exists customization for Plant and order type:

changing manually by IW32, the change document was created.
