Balance cleaning

Hi Experts,

I'm performing an asset and balance migration from a non SAP system to SAP.

This was already being worked by a outsourcing consultant, but as I started in the company the job ended on my plate.

The assets are already migrated with no issues.

But for the balances I'm waiting for the files from the responsible person. However, my issue is that in the balance account on FAGLB03 there are already movements for the period we are working on, on this case, 31.12.2021.

To be able to check if the balances are properly migrated i would need to clean/delete the documents that already exists.

Is there a way to do it massively? I tried F.80, but I got the following errors:

F5 673: Not possible to reverse the document in financial accounting

F5 308: Document includes already cleared items - reversal not possible

F5 243: Account type D is not defined for document type DS

There are several type of documents in the balance, such as XS, AA, AF, RE....

Can you please help me and tell me how to clean all the documents?
