Automatic STO Creation according to Requirement Public Cloud

I need help for the public cloud project we are continuing.

Our customer has 1 plant and 10 regional warehouses in diffrent locations. Our customer's dealers open their orders to regional warehouses. For products that do not have enough stock in the regional warehouse, stock transfer from the plant to the regional warehouse is required. Example scenario:

XYZ material stock 15 in regional warehouse A

1st dealer order 10
2nd dealer order 15
3rd dealer order 20

30 stocks are missing. For this quantity, an STO for 30 units of material XYZ must be opened from the plant to the A region warehouse. Is there a structure where we can automatically create STO according to these requirement quantities?

This scenario is mainly a procurement scenario for Warehouse A. You need to perform the set up steps for stock transfer.

Please follow the path in CBC or Manage our solution as

Procurement-->Purchase Request and Order management -->Purchase order--> Stock transfer order

1. Activate Stock Transfer Between Storage Locations

2. Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule According to Storage Location

3. Define Shipping Data for Stock Transfers Between Storage Location

4. Define Rule for Determination of Shipping Point

for newly created delivery type set L storage location specific shipping point determination

5. Assign Shipping Points According to Storage Location, assign her sloc based shipping point determination
