Asset Retirement not possible (Message: AA465)

Hi,

My client wants to retire few assets (Asset class: Vehicles) but system is not allowing it and issuing attached error message.

Posting of retirement/transfer not possible (Error in the asset) Mes: AA465

The old posting periods and last fiscal year have been closed in AA and we can do postings only in the current Period.

Please advise urgently.
