ARCHIVING OBJECT - SARA-SD_COND-Taking long time

Hi Guys,

I am trying to SARA- SD_COND- WRITE . It is started running but always failing with error - TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED. There are around total 13million records. I know its huge and reading all conditions, so few questions......

1)Rentation period is mentioned 1400 which is around Jan 2020 and there are only 2 million records before Jan 2020. So,my understanding is it should only consider those 2 millions records. Why it is still considering all 13millions records as in below screenshot?

2)Is it mandatory to set deletion flag for conditions before running this? If yes, how to make set deletion flag for lumpsum condition records which are in VK13? and after setting deletion flag for conditions, will it take consider only those conditions for archiving OR again read all 13 million conditions?

3) we are fine to run archiving sd_cond multiple times. Is there any other way to archive small set of conditions?

4)What is other option to avoid below page allocation error?

depending on which release you are on, you can search in oss for notes.

some are 2668446 ,2424784

you can refer to point 1 in oss note 1294118 . Memory problem

If terminations occur due to insufficient memory capacity, implement Note 1317105.
