How to Archive Material if I have PO but its closed PO?

Hi,

The PO closed status is not enough for archiving material master - all the dependent transaction data has to be archived before archiving materials. Please refer the network graphic in SARA for the MM_MATERIAL object, which explains the program logic and the archive sequence & dependencies.

Thank You for the response; I have one more query what if particular PO having 10 different Item(Material) from which only for 1 Material I have to Archive Material Master Data. In this case still I need to Archive the PO? What about other line item?
