I want to know if it is possible that an originator when he raises a document going for approval to the Authorizer that immediately the Authorizer approves the document it adds successfully without coming back to the Originator to add again.
Hi,
OWDD and WDD1 tables stores information about
Approval template, originator, approver, document, and approval status.
By using these tables, you can form a query to get the list of approved documents. Once you get the list, you can auto add them through manager login.
This is doable through add on. But remember, because these documents are auto posted, the log will show you manager as creator and not the user who actually created the document. You may face a query in audit
Hope this helps you

Hi,
In standard SAP, Either the approver or the originator has to manually add the document post approval.
Auto addition is possible through customization.
