Application has a problem when login SAP B1 client

Hi, all

A message prompted after login to the client PC:

Application has a problem.

Diagnostic file C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\SAP Business One_20110614160639.dmp was created.

The B1 version is 2007A SP1 PL05 Hotfix 1.

I tried the method provided by this link :

Method 1:

1. Close the SAP B1 Application

2.Clear temp (Go to Run Command type %temp% ) clear (delete) maximum temp files

3.Restart machine

4. Open SAP B1

Method 2:

Reinstall B1 Client

I still hit the same error.

Please advice. Thank you.

Yes, for B1 2007, the XL reporter is not show in add on admin or add on manager.

This B1 version is integrate with XL Reporter. There is no XL reporter show in the add on list.

Goto Administration->Addon->Addon manager.

Select the addon and stop it...

OR

GOto Administration->Addon->Addon Adminitration->Try to disable the 'XL reporter' and update it.

If only one client with this problem, login a user with all add-on disabled to see.

i think Patchlevel 06 would be good.
