Hello,

Is there a way to add revenue and cost information manually?

Hi Elif,

within the app "Plan Customer Projects" the cost and revenues can only be maintained manually for Expenses. Nevertheless you can maintain for the additional resources project/wbs-specific cost rates via "Manage Cost Rates Services" and project/wbs-specific prices (PCP0) via "Manage Prices Sales"

Hi Elif,

I have a couple of proposals for you:

1. If it pertains to resourcing (head count) related cost and revenue, then the cost should originate from the Manage Cost Rate - Service app exclusively. You can create an additional work package (WBS Element) and maintain a specific cost rate for that work package manually. Similarly, you can plan revenue work package-wise in the Manage Process - Sales app. For actual revenue, you can manually input values in the billing plan.

2. If it does not involve resourcing-related costs, you have the option to manually input both the cost and revenue for the project.
