Activity cost not captured

Hi friends

We have an issue in Production orders created through CO07 (orders without material)

In menu path CO03>GOTO>COSTS>ANLYSIS>Target/Actual comparision, we are not getting Total activity cost values for operations.However values are updated for actual material consumption .

We are using customised control key in Routing

Schedule - Tick

Determine capacity requirements

Cost

Print Time tickets

Print

Print confirmation

Internally processed operation

2Confirmation required

Confirmation Through - CO11N .Activities Machine time and Labour time entered.

Planned costs are displayed but actual activity costs are not displayed.

Can anybody tell what is the required config to get the actual cost

first define if your problem is in quantity or prices. Just add the column plan & real quantities to your layout in costs and verify the labor and machine hours.

1) If they are different from zero, there there must be a problem in activity price, perhaps the real costing variant in order is not taking the values.

2) If the quantities are zero, then you have a problem in the confirmation of the order. This can be followed thru order status or in "quantity / activities " in one tab under Operations in the Order.

Hi Jan,

Tick the cost Relevancy of operation of routing ( X 100% Relevant to Costing) your std cost will come in cost alalysis

Check the following......

What is the costing variant defined for the orders. I suppose it must be different from those orders created from CO01.

What is the routing tasklist type. Is it N or something else.

IF it is not N then whether the same has been defined in OKKN in quantity structure. Check this with CO consultant.

whether rates for the activity has been defined in KP26.
