How do you measure success when using ABC cycle counting in a full warehouse (bin managed) warehouse? Because LX26 is based count dates determined based on last putaway date and ABC indicater at the bin/material level (versus counting all of a material at one time), besides seeing at a whse level that there are no overdue counts, how in aggregate can you show that your plants are counting materials by their due date?
