Does anyone know when SAP will be releasing the yearly 1099's SNOTE for the current tax year 2023 ?

3395671 - has the details on DRC form for S4 systems.
3067949 - says it is being updated.
However i am looking for the note to implemetn the 1099 changes in ECC system.
I'm not going to be very helpful here, but I'll give you the two I've been watching. They are 3067949 and 3395671.
But they don't have anything new.
