We are a new SuccessFactors client who are ending hypercare shortly. We have EC, ECB, ECP, Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding. 

We just changed our mail server and need to know what areas need to be changed in SuccessFactors, IAS, SAP Cloud or any other place to ensure that messages continue to be delivered.

Could someone advise us as to where we can get this information?

Your question is better posted in the SuccessFactors community area not here. This forum is not support oriented for product specific questions like this. Having said that, did your domain change or the mail server technology that you are using change? All of these settings are part of the Admin Center in SuccessFactors. You should fund what you are looking for there.
