We are working on a requirement where SAP Commerce Cloud will integrate with thrid party system to receive products and associated Offer(Custom type). As part of this implementation, we need to execute some workflows on create/update of Products, and Offer Data. We have identified that there will be two workflows – One for Product (Attachment type Product) and one for Offer (Attachment type Offer).
But, we have a scenario, where Product and Offer may come at the same time and we need to handle both entities in the same product approval workflow. Can you please suggest, if this is possible?
The OOTB Workflow can have only one Attachment Type and we are not sure if it can be enhanced. It will be great if you can provide your expert opinion.
