Hello Experts,
I'm testing the web channel campaign with the Emarsys demo tenant. The tenant already has a few test sites/domains set up for the web campaign. when the campaign is set up I’m not able to see the content on the site. Kindly assist in figuring out what is missing while setting up the campaign.
Below are the steps performed in the demo tenant:
- Created a block-based campaign with the existing test domain with recipient source – All visitors.
- Placement – All page
- Used the existing blocks available in the tenant for content.
- Scheduled the campaign with the option ‘Recipients can see this campaign always’.
Note: I can see the web campaign content on the site when I test or preview the campaign in Emarsys. However, the web content does not appear when I visit the website in a new window.
Please advise on what is missing. Thanks!!
