Hello,
We wonder if social media accounts from SAP CRM are extracted to SAP Hybris Marketing via standart reports CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL/CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_DELT ?
In SAP CRM, according to our findings, the social data (posts) are stored in the table SOCIALDATA. The linkage between social posts and social media accounts are stored in the table SOCIALUSERINFO. And finally linkage between socail media accounts and SAP CRM business partners are stored in the table CRMM_BUT_SMIUSER.
We wonder whether there’s a standard way or ehancement is inevitable? We couldn’t find any information about this topic from available formal documents.
Kind Regards,
Dear Hakan Köse,
Yes, the tables SOCIALDATA and SOCIALUSERINFO are extracted from SAP CRM to SAP Hybris Marketing.
If you are using interactions for the first time:
Note: If you are using this report to create interactions from posts, you should set the frequency so that it matches the frequency in which tables SOCIALDATA and SOCIALUSERINFO are filled. Otherwise, we recommended that you schedule this report to run at least every hour.
Please find the detailed explanation here - Creating Interaction Contacts - 1709.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Kunal Bansal

Hi Kunal,
What about the linkage between social user infos and SAP CRM business partners? Do reports automatically assign social media account facets to the interaction contacts from SAP CRM based on their SAP CRM business partner numbers?
Kind Regards,
Hakan Köse
