Hi,
I'm new in setting up restriction rules and i'm trying to edit my business role (Area Sales manager) with following restriction:
Second, I have assigned a business user to the business role (Area Sales Manager) and I was trying to edit the Access restrictions for the business user.
Business scenario: business user SMANA can only read & edit customers from the Belgium.
But I'm unable to edit this. I can only do this by choosing "Edit without Business roles". Do I need to do this with this functionality or is there another way tol handle this? I have for example this customer:
And I want that business user SMANA can only view customer from belgium. Now He has no territory accounts:
Thanks!

Arian,
If a user is assigned a Business role and you want to EDIT his access, you will have to Edit the Business role - which would update access of all users who are assigned that specific business role.
The other option is to EDIT the user access 'Without Business Role', this will remove the Business role for that user and he would have access/restrictions independent of the business role.
If this is just one-off user, best way would be to EDIT his access 'Without Business Role' and the rule that you showed shall be the correct role provided you have set up the Territory management correctly in the system.

Hi Arian,
For this Business user which belongs to a Role X you have already selected an access restriction, Now if you want another user with different privileges you would need to create a specific role Y for him.
