Segmentation concept is C4C

Hi All,

I'm new to C4C and would like to know if Segmentation is possible in C4C like something similar to graphical modeler in on premise solution? Any help on this would be of great help.

Hi Mohit,

In C4C Segmentation is not possible. In C4C we habe the "Sales Marketing" concept that is the parts which are required to execute the Sales Campaign which are Targe Group -> Campaign -> etc.

But Segmenation which is real Marketing subject and to be deal with lot of data and Marketing possibilities, it is part of Hybris Marketing product.
