Hi Community, We have successfully integrated our C4C system with S4 Public Cloud HANA using CPI middleware. The process involves creating a sales order in C4C and seamlessly replicating it in S4 Public Cloud. However, we are currently facing challenges in achieving the desired document flow, specifically obtaining the S4 sales order number in C4C. We are reaching out to the community seeking guidance on best practices, configuration settings, and any necessary steps to achieve a robust document flow from S4 Hana Public Cloud to C4C. When i understand it correctly your sales order is already replicating correctly (after successful external pricing) from C4C to ERP. Is nothing coming back to C4C (like statusses) or just not the order number?

You have to make sure that after the order has been replicated to ERP and the idoc is handeled = a sales order is created in the back end, that the creation of the sales order is sent back again in a flow. So an idoc and a from C4C point of view inbound sales order flow that enables to sent updates on the sales order back to C4C including the order number.

Make sure that in the ERP configuration (business add on) you have set up the output types related to the sales order flow correctly. Also make sure that code list mapping on order type for the inbound flow is set up correctly.
