Hello,
I'm facing an issue while trying to import and link Diplomas (Custom BO) to Customers (standard BO) via data workbench. Diplomas (custom BO) import without problem but I can't see them on the facet "Formation" (custom EC added to Customer view) and I don't have any idea where they are saved; so maybe something is missing in my template to link the two business objects correctly and I was hoping someone could help me.
Let me explain myself:
We have created a custom business object called "Diploma" linked to the standard business object "Customer", via an association and an element "Diploma_AssignedAccountID: ID".
We have defined the migration templata via OData then available via Data workbench looking like this:
I assumed "Diploma_AssignedAccountID" in the template was supposed to be the Client ID of the Customer with the external key "10010", so I looked at the customer "10010" (who is Caroline Gauthier - see below) and copied her Client ID that SAP attributed. I thought the Client ID was the field allowing a link between the Diploma and the Customer...
When I import, it is a success, but when I look at Caroline Gauthier on the facet "Formation" (which is the Diploma custom BO), nothing appears as you can see below.
I looked as well in the menu the "Diploma View" to see if the Diplomas I imported appear at least in this view but they do not, I imported 72000 diplomas and there are only 12 there ( which are the ones created directly from the customer front page, not via import).
The diplomas don't appear anywhere! Neither in the "Formation" facet view of the Customer, neither in the "Diploma view" in the menu.
This is my Odata Diploma if you want to have a look at it:
Il aslo tried to add "ToAccountExternalKey" in the diploma template to try another way to make the link between the two BO but it creates an error saying that the external key does not exist.
Any advice or suggestions for my case would be highly appreciated!
Thank you a lot!
Best regards,
Laura
