SAP ISU Contact and SAP C4C Intergation

Hi Experts,

Integration : SAP ISU & SAP C4C Utility

I have a requirement to Integrate SAP ISU Contact/Interaction (T-Code to Open BCT1)

with SAP C4C .

In SAP ISU , IF we want to create Contact/Interaction record then Class and Action are required and other detail required to complete the contact creation and if we have SAP CRM system then It get replicated as Interaction record in SAP CRM.

Similarly,Now we don't have SAP CRM but now having SAP C4C . So what object support interaction in SAP C4C, so that When Contact created in SAP ISU then get replicated in SAP C4C .

I have check in some blog, in that It was written SAP C4C Ticket get created when customer contact C4C though Email, Phone etc . So i am trying yo figure out how both object sync, mean SAP ISU 'Contact' and SAP C4C 'Ticket'.

I need to understand, how this integration will tak place.

In Activities TAB, we can see incoming/outgoing Call Data which has interaction notes and attachments. This does not replicate to ISU .

Do we have standard Interaction History Screen under Customer . ? Example we have Utility 360, Utility Financial etc..

1) IS-U Contact Center with SAP C4C

How we can achieve it ?
